Who we are
The4Loop (“we”, “us”) operates https://the4loop.com. Registered correspondence: The4Loop LLC, 7901 4th St N #16446, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, US. Contact: info@the4loop.com, +92 322 969 8991.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form, Let’s Talk briefing, or newsletter signup we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, service interest, and message. We also store the time of submission and a coarse technical signal (such as IP) used only to prevent spam.
We do not require an account to browse the site. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
Inquiries are stored in our database so we can respond, scope work, and keep a record of the conversation. A copy is emailed to our studio inbox so the team can reply within one business day.
Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional notes on design, product, and AI. You can unsubscribe by emailing us at any time.
Anonymous usage data may be collected by our hosting provider (for example access logs) to keep the site reliable.
Legal basis and retention
We process inquiry data because you asked us to respond (pre-contractual steps) or because you consented to a newsletter. We keep lead records for as long as needed to deliver the work or as required by tax and accounting rules, then delete or anonymize them.
Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the studio: our database host, email delivery, and website hosting. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of the personal data we hold, or withdraw newsletter consent, by writing to info@the4loop.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
Essential cookies (or similar storage) may be used for security and load balancing. Analytics, if enabled in production, is used in aggregate. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
